Build a multi-package container

Compose a Docker and Singularity image frombioconda andconda-forge packages. Search for the tools you need, add them to your container, and submit a pull request — the existing CI takes care of building and publishing toquay.io/biocontainersanddepot.galaxyproject.org.

Targets

These name=version pairs define the contents of your multi-package container. A new .tsv file will be created in combinations/ when you submit a PR.

Submit pull request

Clicking the button opens GitHub's editor with a new combination file pre-filled. Review the content and click Propose changes — GitHub creates the branch and pull request for you. No token needed, just make sure you're signed in to GitHub.
